Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your email address, newsletter or survey responses, account details, and the names or email addresses you use to assign license seats. For Insider accounts, we also keep subscription status, license identifiers, accepted terms versions, and support correspondence.
Payments
Direct Insider payments are processed through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe and Link collect and process payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own privacy notices. Virtual Maker does not store complete payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, complete purchases, manage subscriptions and licenses, authorize downloads, provide support, send requested product communications, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve Flexalon.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that operate the service, including Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage, and telemetry; Google for sign-in email delivery; and Stripe and Link for payments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, storage, and telemetry
The site uses browser storage to keep you signed in and may use cookies or similar technologies for preferences and experiments. Microsoft Application Insights collects technical information such as pages visited, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, performance, and errors.
Retention and security
We retain account, subscription, licensing, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and reporting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages through the link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to establish licensing rights.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Flexalon accounts and purchases are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
